I Need Help To Stop My Foreclosure And Save My Home
    by John Shank

What Steps Do You Need to Take to Stop Foreclosure and Save Your Home?

You've already accomplished the first step. That is finding a competent Loss Mitigation Agency that is committed to helping homeowners save their homes from foreclosure.

The next step should be common sense for most homeowners. Save your house payments. Most people will take this money and pay their other bills that they have gotten behind on. Do not do this, no matter how much your creditors are hassling you.

When the time comes, you will need to make payments into a trust fund account usually equal to your house payment. Depending on your circumstance, this could be one, two, and possibly 3 payments spread out over 3 months.

When a loss mitigation company submits your package to your lender for consideration, your lender has to know you now have the ability to make your house payments on time. This trust fund which you have been making payments into are proof of this.

So, critical step 2 is keeping money back for your house payments and not spending it on other bills.

The third critical step is to take action on getting help from a loss mitigation agency (hey, that's us!) so the process of getting help with your foreclosure can begin.

Step 3 in your steps to take to help prevent foreclosure is applying for help and communication with your loss mitigation company about your situation.

It is important to note that not everyone in foreclosure can be helped. Help in the sense of saving their home that is. There are quite a few foreclosure options open to you if you can't make your house payments.

Unfortunately a lot of homeowners do lose their homes to the bank in a foreclosure sale. If you are a homeowner in foreclosure and you have resolved the circumstance that caused you to get behind, are 3 or more months behind with your payments, and you do want to keep your home and get on with your life, you should apply for help with your foreclosure. When you start working with your loss mitigation company, the most important thing to remember and do is be honest and accurate about all the information you are asked to provide.

You can't lie your way out of foreclosure. If you try, your just in for more heartache. Every bit of information you supply on your forms has to be correct. Not only will you lose your home, you'll be out of the fee your loss mitigation company charges on your behalf to stop your foreclosure with your mortgage company.

Step 4. Continue to supply current information to your loss mitigation company. Copies of current paystubs as you get them. Copies of all utility bills as you pay them. Any communication from your mortgage company to you must be forwarded to your loss mitigation company as you receive it. We always have to be aware of any actions your lender and its attorneys are doing. This is critical.

Also be aware that some foreclosure cases take as little as one week to resolve once we turn your package in to your lender. Other cases may take as long as 3 months. I all depends on your personal situation.

Please, if you are currently in foreclosure and want to get out of this agonizing part of your life, we urge you to follow the above steps. We would be glad to help you stop your foreclosure and get on with your life.

We can even help you make more money after foreclosure if you are interested in making some extra money doing what you love to do.

Apply today and follow these steps to take to help prevent foreclosure. We want you to have the Freedom from Foreclosure you so deservedly want.
